I have been here for almost 6 years and Centier has done so much for me not only as an associate but personally as well. They actually care about their employees and show it. I have gained so much knowledge and experience and grown so much as I started as a part time teller.

Cons

Cannot think of anything at all.

-Commitment to not sell, -Associates are treated like family and not a number -Room for growth and development within the company -Great work life balance

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that a lot of things are not done electronically and a forms has to be filled out.
