The company’s core culture is positive. They take great care of their employees, and offer a great work-life balance.

Cons

The onboarding and initial training program of a new employee only extends as far as an entry level role. If you are hired as anything above that, your training path is driven by your branch manager. If your BM is someone who is anything other great, you may have to wait, beg, and eventually give up on getting trained and advanced into any other role.

Pros

Caring, fun, training is very thorough, everyone is so nice and helpful! PTO is good starting out. Pay is competitive. Just hit my 90 days and the CEO announced a $1 raise. They want you to like you job and also have a great home life.
