- Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

Cons

No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!

Everyone here has been extremely nice and helpful, the hiring process is so fun and welcoming I've never received so many gifts before! This truly is an amazing company to work for it is so much fun and I've never felt left unheard or lost, You get so many benefits and I've personally never gotten that before so i really enjoy that aspect. My management team is absolutely amazing as well, they care so much for us and i feel comfortable coming to them with any issues i have. All together is has been a great experience so far and i have only been here 4 months.

I have no complaints, everything has been amazing!
