-You are expected to work WAY MORE than 40 hours per week-if you don't you get the side eye.
-A bonus was part of my offer package. It was not written in the offer that I had to work there for 1 year BEFORE being eligible to receive it.
-You work for the "VB Group" a Centinel company. There was not stock offered to the "employees" and your rewards were "atta boys"-that wont make a difference in your pocket.
