Lots of responsibilities given to you-You can make your own path
Cons
-You are expected to work WAY MORE than 40 hours per week-if you don't you get the side eye. -A bonus was part of my offer package. It was not written in the offer that I had to work there for 1 year BEFORE being eligible to receive it. -You work for the "VB Group" a Centinel company. There was not stock offered to the "employees" and your rewards were "atta boys"-that wont make a difference in your pocket.

Pros
Helped create space for standalone cage devices and titanium coating on peek implants. Great place to be the president of your own business.
Cons
Rapid growth puts strain on inventory so managing this area becomes very important. Also must constantly train reps as products continue to evolve which is also a good thing.
