Pros

- The pay is good. - Benefits are decent.

Cons

- The Housing Admin office specifically is a horrifically Toxic place to work. - Reported bullying exists but goes unchecked. - Turnover rate is outrageous, HR chooses to turn a blind-eye. - No protection for personal information, not yours or your clients. - Laws aren't followed - People violating discrimination laws are held personally liable - Watch out CCC, you're in violation. - Outdated equipment - Everything is just a ... little.. dirty. That kinda ick sticky? THERE ARE LITERAL COCKROACHES FALLING FROM THE CEILING AND THEY KNOW!!! They don't care. They believe they are normal and every building in downtown has them. I just came from a year over at Home Forward, they did not.

Pros

Love helping people who struggle

Cons

Hr is pathetic, racist, and don't care about anyone (unless they are also black). They allow workplace violence, if it is directed towards a white supervisor.
