Pros

I get to work with a great team of unique and hardworking individuals. It is settling to see the work that it being done behind the scenes to promote the goal of ending homelessness and addiction. It's great to witness the effort that the people that are seeking services are putting into improving their lives and the lives of their families.

Cons

Can be stressful and/or triggering.
