Pros

Never a shortage of work or things to do. Being able to serve your community and know that every little bit you are doing each day is helping the greater good, was very fulfilling.

Cons

I was there at a time when the company was working to solidify work processes and make improvements. It was challenging and at times felt heavy.

Poor management that does not back staff. Overly PC. Discriminate against clients with psychiatric disabilities.
