Pros

Direct supervisors were the best I’ve ever had, work life balance, client work, some flexibility

Cons

Pay, gaslighting from upper management, constantly understaffed, rarely ever got clear answers for things, big pay inequity, everything seemed highly disorganized

Pros

We get to serve our homeless, Mental Health and Addiction people.

Cons

Stuck on Swing Shift with no chance to advance. My own recovery has been on the back burner for months because of being stuck on swing shift. I have 24 years clean in NA.
