Pros

I was empowered to engage with clients. I had autonomy, within the confines of my grant, to adapt to client needs as I saw fit. I had encouragement from my superiors.

Cons

Lots of turnover and agency change can make things difficult to navigate and create attitudes among some employees that are resistant or overly critical to the change.
