Good people on the teams. New office and warehouse facility.

Cons

Poor management: No talk of sales and profits. Hard to find out about how company is doing relative to competitors. Corner office ineffectual and uninvolved in employee development. Very little advancement opportunities Very low pay relative to other firms.
