From my time spent at my CM, seems like people will always float up to us. Pay is good, time off is good, benefits good - kind of a solid play altogether.

Cons

With any job, be aware of the kissing of butts and douches that contribute the bare minimum to the job. Granted, thats kind of any workplace.
