Benefit package is good which is how they manage to keep anybody holding on despite toxic and uncaring work environment

Cons

Terribly underpaid manual workers. Upper management is millionaires or more, donations largely from billionaires or multimillionaire, who are the real bosses. If you can get a job in the office or management you are set. If you are in the field as a worker they will work you and talk to you like a slave. Minimal salary increases during terrible economic years with high inflation. Mostly run on the ground by corrupt old racist men who need lots of therapy, and who do want the best for you. HIGH staff turnover, both from quitting and firing. All field workers are replaceable and are treated as such. Run by some of the wealthiest and most narcissistic people in the history of the world
