Business Outlook
Pros
They have great systems in place which eases the stress a lot for a terminal manager. There dispatch and freight routing system at first seemed very complicated but after some learning and playing around with it I learned the program does the job for you.
Cons
Everything is controlled by head office, it's very hard to have your input and have opinions heard of possible ways to make things better. Upper management can be hard to deal with sometimes.
