Great place to work at. Good people in the office. Central is the true definition of you get what you put in.

Cons

Overtime starts at 55 hours and not does not match 401k Health benefits are not the best.

Paid well after 15 years of employment, but eventually laid off due to poor ownership decisions.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture. Upper management is terrified of ownership, so decision making is based off of appeasing the owner instead of meaningful and impactful changes and improvements. 50 hour minimum work week and max PTO is 18 days.

Great pay, super easy work (linehaul third shift), and the people were fantastic.

Cons

Very long hours. They want you on the forklift unloading your trailer for 2-4 hours after you drive for 10-12 hours. If that’s your thing, you’ll be rich in 6 months.
