      Pros

      Paycheck, paycheck, paycheck, paycheck, Great way to see how NOT to treat employees. There are some genuinely good people there, but not in management.

      Cons

      They treat people like numbers, don't care at all. Money is the bottom line, if they can save $1 by getting rid of you and putting another person in the job, they sure will. 'Hey train this new hire to do your job so we have aa backup' GONE

      Genera office - multi positions

      Pros

      Some nice people work at the G.O. If you a hard worker but don't like being compensated for it, you'll love it!

      Cons

      Where to start!? Owner also owns sister company for health benefits, they are a joke and VERY costly to employee. Salary employees are required to work 45 hours a week, but your salary is based on only a 40 hour week. No OT for salary, work the bare minimum of 45 or less hours a week you'll quickly be placed under the "radar". No direct deposit, management has their favorites all others be on alert to get back stabbed. No loyalty to hard working employees, step on the wrong toes by questioning somethjng or offer an opinion to improve a process and look out, you'll soon be out the door. Poor pay, poor benefits all around.

      Pros

      You get to learn what not to do to customers. Working for them is like a case study of what not to do in business ethics. You will not take home anything positive and probably become a alcoholic like 3/4 of the staff.

      Cons

      Pretty sure any positive review is written by a Central Transport HR employee because there reputation is so bad......The place is basically a slave shop.
