Pros

I have been welcomed and made to feel at home. Training has been informative and well presented.

Cons

Corona virus has the courses online so they are not as interactive as it may have been but, it is good none the less

Pros

Working with the consumers, is rewarding in itself.

Cons

You can not move up unless you went to high school with management, are related or close friends. Regardless of your experience or degrees. Management promotes their friends and family and oversees hardworking individuals, actually deserving of a promotion or certain position.

Helping yourself by helping others.

Pros

-Helping others and learning more about human interaction and yourself while doing so. -Very friendly and well-meaning management. -General atmosphere is upbeat and cheerful. Not too much staff drama. -Working with some of the sweetest people you can meet. Made many good friends. -A reasonably paced job that requires several skills. Engaging because you can always be doing different things. -Regular fun events, gives you goals to work towards and things to be excited for. -General freedom in conducting yourself. No micro-management. -Rewarding work in the long run.

Cons

-Management is spread too thin with work. Struggling to keep up with staff concerns and problems around site. -Consumers can be highly behavioral. Can be dangerous occasionally. -Many staff lack training. Leading to inconsistent consumer interaction. -HR is too divorced from the sites to actually understand or evaluate potential problems. -Uneven spread of difficulty between classrooms.
