      The company is really making strides to improve its relationship with its employees and individuals served. In the last few years there has been a drastic increase in compensation, performance, and general happiness with the company.

      Cons

      The work is not for everyone. It takes a specific kind of individual to not only work here, but to thrive here.

      Residents get very violent and physical but you are trained
