      Pros

      O.K. place to work. Lot's of potential but management is very conservative. Have lots of talent but some of that talent is not in the right positions.

      Cons

      Management does not like to take risk and does not like those who push outside their box. Some people are not willing to listen and do what they have always done even when customer complain. Need to be more customer focused.
