Pros

Everyone here has different teams and characters. I like my team a lot and the work life balance is great. 1.25 vacation days accrued every month. 8 sick days per year. Jan'26 forward is 4 day in office 1 day at home. Summer Fridays from Memorial Day - Labor day (1/2 day 9AM-1PM on fridays) Its a great place to start out in my opinion.

Cons

Min 2 years for a promotion. Kind of discouraging.

- Some colleagues are hardworking and genuinely try to support each other. -Opportunity to work across various departments can provide exposure to different aspects of the business.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are extremely limited; career paths are unclear and rarely communicated. Employees are often expected to take on workloads far beyond their role, without recognition or additional resources, leading to burnout. Leadership is frequently unorganized, indecisive, and out of touch with team needs. Many managers lack the experience or skills to provide proper guidance, mentorship, or support. Communication across teams is inconsistent, and decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic. Company values such as transparency and employee development are not reflected in day-to-day operations.
