      Dynamic, fast paced, where things happen. Allows employees great autonomy, and independence and thrive

      Cons

      Not suitable for those who need to work from the office (most employees work from home), or those who want to avoid high pressured environments

      Pros

      No micro management, each consultant is independant and the entire consulting team is really helpful. The job is very stimulating and the product is great and keeps on being updated.
