Great culture, great people, great company to work for
Pros
GamEffective has the three elements that make a company awesome to work with. A great team - literally everyone in the company is super smart and supper supportive. There's no egos - everyone works together as a team to actually get things done. There's a great culture and a great atmosphere in the offices in both Israel and NY. A great work environment - no nitpicking and penny pinching. Good compensation, great benefits, strong investment in helping employees grow and build skills, tons of opportunities to grow and basically everything you need to succeed. A great product - The company's solutions are basically all about helping other companies' employees enjoy their work more and be more engaged and effective. We're doing a darn good job at it too and I guess that starts with what we have at home. In short - I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a fast paced startup, believes they can make an impact and thinks work is more than just a place you go to in the morning.
Cons
Very few. The company has offices in both Israel and the US as well as clients all over the world, which can make for some odd working hours sometime (at least in some roles). On the flip side, they are extremely flexible, and so long as you get things done, no one is looking over your shoulder to see if you've actually put in your time.
