Pros

Challenging environment with like minded individuals. Technically challenging and engaging. Lots of hardworking individuals. Government nuclear contracts can't "disappear" overnight. Working in the clean energy field.

Cons

Undervaluing hard working employees. Lack of protégé/mentor relationship.
