      Pros

      The building generally has a quiet atmosphere. I have heard other departments have a better culture and community than mind did so this may not be all encompassing. Free sodas, sometimes free lunches from meetings, car chargers.

      Cons

      Rampant mismanagement by mid-level managers and an executive suite that is completely out of touch. You have no idea who is coming or going with anything, instructions are unclear, and managers are unstable. Delusional people in charge with crippling Napoleonic complexes. I've never seen so many adults brought to tears in a workplace.

      Pros

      People who work hard and care for others. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Culture has crashed in the last few years. Top management sucks. Don't care about anything except themselves. Cut budgets and hiring for everyone except them. We can't hire a accounting clerk without CEO approval but they keep bringing in all these high dollar executives who do nothing. You've forgotten who really keeps the company running and that "WE DIG DITCHES".
