Pros

The pay is initially competitive but lags the annual salary increase of other firms

Cons

The senior management would often times present an idea, attempt to implement it but failed to properly craft a strategy.

Pros

Was on a salary + commission

Cons

lowest commission in the industry (for the haines city area) Upper management is unresponsive to buyer feedback and does not address concerns effectively. There is a lack of support for promoting communities and homes through social media or advertising. Although diversity and inclusion are emphasized as core values, actions do not reflect this. When these discrepancies were highlighted, the VP supported management's stance despite clear evidence presented.
