Pros

Super supportive team with management always trying to accommodate the needs and wants of each individual. Although we have an office the job is fully capable of working from home so it's covid friendly. Management will never say no to a time off request. As a debt settlement company, they're not going out of business anytime soon.

Cons

Workload can get pretty heavy at times but if you need help just ask.
