commission based. the more you work, the more you can make. management is nice and can be helpful. ultimately though, they watch out for themselves.

Cons

long hours, 930am-730pm misleading product constant bait and switch for the service provided high turnover rate w/ employees. not many sales rep there over 1-2 years.

The managers are looking out for each other They don’t care about the employees Management would at times give you their workload and their is nothing you can do about it since they don’t care about you They would give you things to do without a proper training They have favorites Has a high turnover rate
