      Good working environment. Nothing much!

      Cons

      Poor management and strict rules for employees which affects the day-to-day work-life. Poor salary and no suitable hike can be expected, but for experienced, salary is good. Too much of work load with less manpower, but no proper income or appreciation as per the work done.
