The environment is employee friendly. Exchange of knowledge is facilitated by the senior management. Senior manager and team heads are pretty helpful and friendly.

Cons

Growth opportunities are restricted or less, pay is another downplaying factor. Senior management should be more empathetic towards their employees. Late night client deliveries should be backed up with appropriate food and traveling expenses. Work/Life balance is very poor, needs a lot of improvement.

Flexible hours. Friendly environment. Placed at a good location - has accessibility to a lot of facilities. Ample learning opportunity. If you're able to work here, you can work anywhere.

Cons

No appreciation for work. Terribleible work load. Ancient HR policies. HR doesn't listen to employees rather plays puppets to the hands of management. Ridiculous leave policy. Usually you have to work on week offs and holidays or even leaves.
