      Pros

      The people you work with are wonderful. Some of the most hard working people (hourly employees) you will ever find.

      Cons

      Horrible management, no directives, lies, lies and more lies. If the company doesn't hit numbers for a quarter, they are making cuts in staff. I don't think they realize by cutting workforce to a bare minimum that they aren't going to meet their numbers. No work life balance at all.

      Pros

      Honestly can't think of any. It's a corporate driven environment where the only thing that matters is money. Not customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction or pride in the products that are produced.

      Cons

      If you enjoy working at a company that refuses to provide the tools needed to succeed, go to work for Cenveo. The corporate management will continuously point out problems, but they never offer any solutions or provide support financially.
