Talented people leave quickly...

Pros

Offices are near some good restaurants. The cafeteria serves good food. I especially like the Asian Stir Fry and the salad bar.

Cons

Unimaginative leaders. Employee turnover is high. Good, talented people are often attracted by a decent paycheck but quickly become disheartened, marginalized by management and inevitably leave within a year. The majority of senior managers who succeed there, only do so by snuggling up to the owners and covering up their inefficient management skills by blaming their employees.

Pros

Cenveo publisher services offers flexible hours and I have sympathetic co-workers, That's about all the pros I can think of. Sad.

Cons

There are no opportunities for advancement. There are no performance reviews. There are no pay increases---ever! All Cenveo seems to be concerned with is harassment training. We get "trained" every year! I was with my former employer for 11 years when they sold out to Cenveo 3 years ago. I thought, as did many of my co-workers, that things would be better now that we are part of a big corporation. So not true. Cenveo immediately started downsizing and sent more of the work done in the USA to India. Some of my former co-workers found employment elsewhere, but many were permanently laid off. Just cast-aside like yesterday's trash. My office went from about 40 employees to 15 in less than 3 years. When will management start to listen to those of us who are left? We have been begging for performance/pay reviews, updated software so we can do our jobs, and resolve Indian quality issues we face every day. NOBODY seems to be listening. Now in 2015 I am faced with a $1500/year increase in my healthcare insurance. And that's only for me--no dependents. If you are seeking employment with Cenveo GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Pros

No pros whatsoever. They will be out of business in a year.

Cons

Very bad management. Low pay. Horrible benefits. All managers are looking out only for themselves. No care given to employees. If you are not willing to lie, back-stab, and kiss up....you are GONE. If you develop any heath issues, they will find a way to "find issue" with your performance and you will be GONE.
