      Pros

      Work is usually quite steady and in suffient amounts, which allow most people full-time hours and also some overtime.

      Cons

      There's an utter lack of communication from upper management. Employees should know and be shown any corporate progress as it happens. Instead, we are NEVER given any info concerning company plans, goals or direction. Nothing is ever posted for us to read.

      you can find good people in the lower hierarchy who are stuck there. friending them can help make the job bearable for a bit.

      Cons

      management is abusive, you will get used to it like a bad relationship with a spouse.

      Largest supplier to industry so that is a plus. Numerous plants across the US to service national accounts. Wide array of products.

      Cons

      Very negative industry reputation. Senior management often makes decisions that are not financially sound in this mature industry. Very little regard for employee well being.
