Pros

Generous vacation schedule. Allow flex scheduling with a number of options. Various opportunities from Accounting to warehousing.

Cons

Small raises but none in the last six years; Management only worried about the bottom line and hitting sales budgets. they do not take care of the employees.

They really dont have any.

Cons

My family was working with a subcontracting company for them. They did not pay the sub contractor, so they all got laid off and have not been paid for work they already did! They really need to learn how to pay their employees.
