Pros

It's a job, moral is extremely low. Management goes out of their way to make things bad for the employees. Always on verge of shutdown, lay-off or position elimination.

Cons

no money, no talent, no upward movement, no skills, no new technology. Inventory kept with pen and paper, so 1950. Corporate cares less about managers than mangers do about their employees. What a dung heap.

The people I worked with were great

Cons

No raises, no fun, no job life balance (70% work 30 % life). They have lost so many key employees in the last year. Company has been going downhill since they were bought out by Cenveo (used to be Cadmus)

Pros

The pay was decent. Some of the people working there were decent. One or two of the managers were decent. One of the bosses was a decent fellow.

Cons

Many of the employees were not so nice. There were cliques throughout the company. If you weren't one of the "in" people, then you were out. Most of the managers were, well, typical of what one would expect from middle management types. My boss, who hired me, was a decent fellow. Then he was fired, which left me at the mercy of the other bosses.
