      Employees, there is always overtime if you want to work overtime

      Lack of Communication from Management Mandatory Saturdays that the didnt express until the day came Workers tell you more than management about things you must do No type of Orientation just throw you on a machine an expect you to learn as you go

      Pros

      Good equipment. I like the freedom and versitatity of work that I get. Keeps my skill level up. I feel they value my skill set. And accommodate most of my needs.

      Cons

      Bad corporate management. Made too many acquisitions over the years. When they should have invested in the employees and equpment. Short staffed of qualified people. No cost of living increases. Hard to make a living in an increasingly expensive reigon.
