Decent working atmosphere, fellow employee's are friendly.

Cons

Everything is controlled by the corporate location, who are out of touch with the day to day operations. Nothing can be accomplished without corporate approval.

Pros

Previous company was acquired by this one. Benefits package was ok. Professional HR group. Improvement made to the physical building and IT infrastructure. A few entry level jobs were posted that were at out of state locations, but lacked relocation incentives. Creative department with the most recently hired employees was significantly updated.

Cons

Seemed most of the companies they bought out were rapidly downsized after a year. Lacked matching 401K. Culture of outsourcing. No development efforts to develop longer established older employees of acquired company.
