Very friendly management, relaxed work atmosphere, lots of training provided, wonderful co worker support

Cons

the building I worked in seemed to constantly be full of sick people, everyone sneezing and coughing, the chemical smell was overbearing sometimes, it could have been better ventilated.

Pros

Through years of acquisition, Cenveo has acquired a great group of people and a tired stable of equipment. There are some good divisions and product lines that Cenveo can execute well. A great group of people in middle management, keeping the ship afloat.

Cons

A poor reputation in the industry, lack of investment in emerging technologies, and a total lack of respect for the employees. The focus is on the shareholder, not the customer, and manufacturing management is totally focused on the bottom line and weekly thrashing from corporate, so its left to the sales person to attract and RETAIN customers. No patience for the new hire salesperson, gone in 6 months if you are not killing it.
