Cons

Problem employees in management are allowed to continue to cause problems for the rest of the staff. In the PA office, one employee hasn't been able to keep an assistant, and others who are effected by the employees controlling, vindictive behavior do not last long. They leave, or transfer to a different department.

Great people and co-workers that contribute to an enjoyable working experience.

Cons

The Heath Care changed in 2015 and now the medical plans follow the national Health Care Plan structure making it much more expensive.
