Pros

Good pay..large corporation, fairly steady work, most immediate supervisors have good people skills. Plant kept up to most stringent OSHA standards.

Cons

Plant closures to cut costs, Lack of supervision accountability, rude HR people who also make derogatory and slanderous comments. Not to mention in the envelope or folding end of business is a dying industry.

Great people, great service. Last man standing in our industry. People with drive and talent, quickly get moved to the top.

Cons

You need to be above average to make it here. The weak get weeded out quickly. People who complain tend to get left behind. Work hours tend to be long.
