Pros

Locally, a well established business for many years before Cenveo bought the company. The few benefits left from previous ownership that Cenveo didn't take away and great co-workers, many of which worked at the company before Cenveo.

Cons

The minute Cenveo bought the company they started taking. Pay cuts, firings, increasing cost for benefits every year becoming unaffordable for some. No reviews, no raises. If you are considering employment with this company, do your research.

Local employees are knowledgeable and dedicated. There are a lot of long term employees who really know printing.

Cons

Corporate decision-makers do not think strategically. They run the company looking backward at previous quarter results instead of creating short and long term business plans.
