The manager I worked for and the HR were in sync to ensure they harass and treat their employees like donkeys. Double faced seniors. The corrections to files done by seniors and the manager differ leaving editors in a constant conflict as to who to listen to. Team leader, manager and HR lack basic courtesy and empathy. If someone has died in your family you are expected to turn up right the next day. If you are sick you need to submit medical certificate and if not that serious than atleast send pictures of the strip of medicine taken. It's beyond insulting and they bring you to the brink of your patience so you react and they can ask you to leave on whatever grounds they tilted to bury you in. Due to loud talking employees and also their head of departments concentration takes a toll, and none does anything about it. They pretend to care when work is needed out of you otherwise you are nothing but dust settling on their tables. And last but not the least, they pay you peanuts and if you don't get it right in six months, they remove you to replace you with someone they can give a lesser salary too.

1) Too much rules and Regulatios 2) Phones are strictly not allowed 3) you can't even talk 4) tea breaks are fixed and you cant take frequent breaks, not even cross the break time limits 5) Salary is much lower than any other company's employee (much much lower) 6) wok load is too much 7) You can't call anybody neither allowed to take calls(not even your urgent calls) 8) no snacks are provided 9) no party from team lead or no celebrations 10) this is more like a school than an office
