Pros

Pay is good, work environment is comfortable.

Cons

Only specific people get chosen for promotions, the hardworking staff that spent so much time learning a skill get passed up so often they give up applying for promotions, upper management needs to go to the floor for once and see what actually goes on and who is really capable.

Pay is good start and schedules are good also

Cons

if you plan to move up in this company you have to be Fili they are the ones selected to become leads or you have to be a friend/ family of the floor managers. They promote diversity but don’t practice it. A brand new person can become a lead before a well trained employee of the lead likes them enough.
