      Great place to work during the pandmeic, now not so much

      - Good pay and bonus structure (especially during pandemic business boom) - Flexible work schedule (ability to be hybrid)

      Cons

      - No clear vision from leadership post-pandemic - Several recent layoffs - Outlook on future of company is generally negative

      -Friendly culture among individual contributors -Company had explosive growth during covid

      Cons

      -Explosive growth meant everyone there joined within the last 6 month-1 year so everyone was "new" and no one had a good grasp on general Cepheid business practices -Very hard to get a decision made because no one understands the full scope of how one group's actions would affect another's -Lot of politics among management
