She was resistant to any suggestions or feedback from her subordinates. The subordinate provided feedback to HR, expressing stress due to the manager's actions. Despite this, the manager extended the employee's probation, issued threats, and subtly suggested that the employee should resign. This behavior leaves a negative impression and raises questions about effective leadership.
