      Pros

      Solid product, Good customer service. Good field support. Fast paced environment. Sales driven.

      Cons

      Was there 2 years. Looking now, folks that worked for me that were way under goal as sales reps are now senior level, The boiler room mentality pushed by senior management is false, you move up in the organization if senior management likes you not how you perform.

      Pros

      The company is changing the work for the better. They are improving healthcare with innovative product. Decent company if they took better care of their workforce.

      Cons

      People are getting disgruntled. People are leaving under mysterious circumstances...Did they quit, asked to resign, fired, laid off? Some are getting let go with no reason given. They were doing a phenomenal job, and the next day, they were gone.
