Pros
Most staff was very personable and everyone was professional. Becoming an Agile methodology shop. Good salary and very good benefits. Generally receptive to innovative engineering ideas.
Cons
Former start-up transitioning into corporate conglomerate marching formation. Jobs are secure... until they are not. Middle-man product set has the potential to loose relevance as FCC Robo-Calling mandates continue to solidify.
