I worked at this company for 3 years and it's a junk place. Their product has nothing to entice customers. Some folks are really nice but most of them are really dumb. Managers come and browse whole day, nothing creative or innovative at this place. Most of the people who work in this place are in their comfort zone and have no desire to grow in their career. People gossip and talk bad about other employees creating an extremely toxic environment.

Health benefits are horrible. 401k is marginal at best. Current management above senior level up has a habit of undoing things that work and inhibiting productivity. Team "leads" are often afforded more consideration than management staff. Recruiting staff regularly oversteps their bounds and behaves inappropriately at times. Company has a long standing tendency of driving off capable and competent people in favor of yes men and people who are marginally capable of driving the business. There was once a fantastic executive management team that was slowly driven out and it's a shell of what it once was.
