Pros

Excellent people working here, a beautiful waterfront location, dog friendly, lots of free food

Cons

Lots of changes in strategy and planning, and a preloaded, trial-based business model. Lots of negative product reviews.

Pros

If you are looking into getting in the mobile industry, Cequint is a good place to start your career. Its products are integrated with OEMs and mobile carriers, and provide some opportunities to learn mobile technologies.

Cons

Senior management are too immature and incompetent. Product directions and strategies change every month, if not every week. There are lots of politics and fights between TNS & Cequint Seattle & Florida offices. There are no bonuses or stock options. Health insurance premiums rise about 20% every year, and the employees pay a hefty percentage out of their paychecks. If you personally know the management before joining the company, you may enjoy the culture. Otherwise, if you are looking for job security and long term professional growth, look elsewhere.

Great people in a deteriorating culture

Pros

The Seattle office is located right on the water downtown and there are some great people working there.

Cons

The VP of Engineering is in Florida and is degrading the culture through micromanagement, lack of communication, and adherence to outmoded software engineering practices.
