PS team TLs are not good technical

Great opportunity to grow that is if you are willing to grow.

Cons

All the work is pushed to the software developers while Team Leads and Tech Leads have no clue on the technology nor are the willing to work for the product. I can only seen them attending meetings and I really wonder why even call them Tech Lead or that matter. This is especially true in PS India team.
