      Work/life balance Stock options Remote work as much as you want out of covid (depends of your manager)

      Cons

      Lack of trust from management No culture AT ALL Now growing mainly in India as they believe it has a great balance of talent and low costs Time tracking for non-consultant employees, get in 2020? Very cheap on laptops, chairs or anything you need to be more efficient (lol) Brag all the time about amazing numbers and quarters but give VERY LOW raises compared to the market in tech even with very good feedback on performance Red tape everywhere

      Company is trying hard to establish itself as leader in Auto market. Lots of projects with cool tech. Some teams are really doing the best job.

      Cons

      Managers are unsecure and sometime be really annoying. No possibility of growth if you don't work like crazy. Work Environment has deteriorated after Cerence was created from Nuance,

      1) Will get to work on all new & latest technologies. 2) Helpful onsite people/higher management to work on given task 3) No pressure of deadlines 4) No micromanagement 5) Work-life balance is good

      Cons

      1) Need to work on new technology so sometime you have to work for long hours. (It depends on your learning capabilities..no pressure from higher mgmt or peer pressure) 2) No insurance for parents yet. 3) Not much benefits like other companies
